Get married in style with a taco catering from Pura Vida. We have years of experience in taco catering for weddings and would love to be there for your special day. A special day deserves special food, and what better choice than authentic Mexican tacos? Getting a taco truck for your wedding will definitely get people talking!
Tacos For All Events, Parties & Functions
We cater for all events, and will even travel for a big event, even if it is further from Bristol. We would love to make your party or function special, and are fully equipped to host our professional taco events for your upcoming soiree.
How our event catering works:
Our unique horse-box is 4x2 meters, and we will need an additional space for our car too.
We must be made aware of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 72 hours prior to the event.
We have 5 star hygiene rating and can accommodate various allergy requirements, just let us know!
We do not however, we operate throughout the year at various markets in the South West, give our social media a follow to keep updated with where we’ll be!
We have compliant risk assessments, 5 star food hygiene rating as well as public liability insurance up to £5 million.

Booking availability & staffing
Spring/Summer is our busiest time so we will definitely need at least a few weeks of prior notice, just reach out via Whatsapp, email or phone to discuss.
We will provide all staff for service at the event. All events are led by me, with over 10 years in the industry.
Cost & Payment
Get in touch via the form below and we can provide a tailored quote, prices start from £13.50 per guest.
We require 25% of the quote price as a deposit to secure the date, and the remainder of the payment can be made 7 days prior to the event date!

Contracts & Agreements
We will need a prior warning of at least 48 hours for changes to guest numbers, however if on the day we run over we will do our best to accommodate! Generally we over prepare so this is fine and if so we can just invoice for extra numbers after the event.
Meet Harvey
Hi there, My name is Harvey! I started Pura Vida Tacos fresh off the boat from Mexico after a 6 month stint touring Central America (actually it was a plane…)! Returning inspired by unique flavours and a philosophy to enjoy the ‘Pure Life’, I scraped together a few pennies to renovate an old horse box into a unique mobile street food business! I grew up around the industry as my parents had a restaurant for years and I carefully observed what how to operate a successful business, by ensuring great quality food as well as service in a friendly warm environment!
Since beginning this journey I have catered to many festivals, markets and private functions and I aim to continue to bring my take on traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist!
